Ash's Tobacconist on 1923 W Division St

Purchased a vape setup a little less than a month ago consisting of an istick base and a cartridge. Cartridge didn't work right off the bat. Returned it but was charged $5 more for the "correct" eleaf cartridge even though the same employee sold me the original. That cartridge did not work so I was told I had to pay $12 more for the same type of cartridge again. Finally one worked! Then 2 days later the battery crapped out. Went to replace it and was told I was out of luck while the employee kept pointing at a spot on the counter that he thought contained a return policy. No policy was posted there. When I asked about the $70 bucks I spent on the cartridge this fine human said that they were just the middle men and I was out of luck. Went back home to look at the original packaging to see if the company had any warranty info and noticed that the box consisted of a cover for one item (20W istick) and the rest of the box was for a 30W rig. If low rent scam artists re-selling faulty equipment is your bag, Ash's is the place for you!

Horrible customer service!!! They only care about the sale not the customer or satisfaction of the sale! I paid $10 for a 5-pack of Backwood cigars! First, the followed me, every step, never letting me shop alone for myself, instead kept an eye on me like I was a criminal!! I asked the price, the cashier responded 7 something, when I got to the register he then said "$8.38 are using card?" I responded yes, and after swiping my card I saw $9.10 on my receipt. They charged me a fee for using my card but purposely didn't tell me the total amount until after the purchase. I asked to just refund the transaction but all sales are final. Instead of making sure the customer is informed and comfortable during the whole transaction they made me feel in the way and robbed. Will NEVER return again!!!

Bought joy-tech vape here, for 50$. Realized when i got back that online is $12 price. Not only that but underneath my price sticker wen I tore it off I found one with that read 20$. Still almost twice as online but less than half of what I paid (guess I just got sucker price). Feel basically robbed would advise avoid if it all possible. If you have to use definitely check prices online before purchase.
