Stopped by to get a birthday present for a friend and had the most amazing experience ever. Kate helped us out and was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable about the products and was able to help us make a decision when we weren’t sure what would be best. This place is expensive still. I kinda understood back in the day when stuff was hard to find but with smoke shops a plenty and supplies found everywhere I don't get why they are so expensive. I really lost my faith here when I purchased a pen vaporizer that didn't work and I had to work with the supplier for a refund. That puts you out of my circles. If you gonna be so strict with that policy check items before you let them walk out the door. People do it with dildos why can't you do it with expensive vaporizers? I rather just save my trip and go to a gas station for supplies now.
