Awesome selection. Incredibly nice and knowledgeable staff. Better prices than direct-to-consumer ordering online. And just a really cool shop in general.

Looked interesting walking by, but the genuine and knowledgeable assistance courtesy of Milo was what made me purchase a few things there. That kind of human interaction is a difference maker when there are smoke shops on every corner. Plan on coming back and would recommend. Thanks Milo!

I'm not sure what other people are describing about not feeling welcome or having any problems with the staff; I was helped by the owner of the store and found him incredibly helpful and patient and willing to take time to allow me to sample anything I felt like. I had to ask him what many of the products were, and he never once made me feel like I wasn't welcome or like he didn't have time for me. As a small business owner myself I give this place an A+. Well-earned 5☆. As many other people have noted, the selection here is better than any other place I've seen in Chicago. The owner also hinted that they will be carrying more soon.

Omar was very helpful. We came in a couple days before and bought a kit and we’re thinking about upgrading however he was very patient and showed me a few options and tweaks that changed the game. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great selection the environment is very calm and friendly. But yea Omar is my guy.

I went here on a recommendation from a friend. He said they were extremely helpful when he came in for his first vape and they were not condescending at all (vape guys can get a little condescending at times.) My friend wasn’t wrong. The guys at the shop were patient and so willing to help. They also let me try several different vape juices so I could choose the correct one. And they gave me a new, sanitized mouthpiece every time I tried a new one. Highly recommend.

A real Vap shop... not a hookah spot with 3 juices..... the customer service here can NOT be matched. I’ve been to at least 6 “vap shops”... none compare to this one. I am absolutely ecstatic to have found roots... you guys are the best... the lady from PA. Thanx again

Went in and was extremely anxious upon walking in due to this being my first solo dolo experience shopping for more juice. A buddy of mine convinced me to quit smoking and vape instead and was always by my side whenever we went. The employee at the desk, Omar, did a fantastic job keeping me feeling relaxed and comfortable, provided a detailed tasting experience and even convinced me to up my nicotine content in the bottle I bought to help with the slight desire for a cigarette every now and then. Also had a customer in there, mike, that I chatted with for about 30 or so minutes. Great place for both novice and experienced vapers to come to!
