This place has terrible policies if you buy a mod the can’t and will not exchange you have to deal with the company. The don’t even provide a return policy so if you get a bad mod your lost.😡😡😡😡 worst place to buy mods. I’m not buying here ever

It's very hard to give a smoke shop a one-star rating especially coming from a connoisseur of smoking. But this time I will especially when a employee says they don't care if you give me a bad review on Yelp or Google so... Here we go! Normally everybody in the facility is very warm and welcoming because they were both on the gas station side and the smoke shop side at times but there is a new employee that I didn't catch the name of and he is a Indian brother younger man .He has a very rude passive aggressive attitude. I have been coming to the smoke shop since it first opened a couple years ago and they are normally good at giving discounts but this young man for whatever reason when he is there quote totally different prices then when the other individuals is there from the young lady to a few other employees that are of Indian descent that work at the other shops they have out in the suburbs. I visited those shops as well and the business seems to be quite fair and good hence why I go back but in this case the way this young man didn't want to give me the papers raw blacks The king size for $3 and the pressure rated raw tips for a dollar fifty normally I get charged $4 always without tax and all their businesses like a lot of smoke shops won't charge their regular customers tax they will integrated in a bigger purchase because they want to make sure that you come back to buy the bigger glass pieces instead of buying the Blunts and the papers . I was going to buy the papers and the filters at cost at $4.50 because every time I go in there he always gives me a different price. So now I have three different prices that I have been quoted in so-called try to be charged for one is for $4 another has Been $4.50 and now $4.94 . If they would get rid of this one individual that quotes people different prices either if he's trying to make a small hustle for himself on the side or it's just that he's doing that to me based off of situation at hand regardless I am a paying customer who has been there for the last several years since they've opened up the store and have promoted their business and brought many people to their business with no intentions to get anything in return just to support the local smoke shop in the neighborhood. I would consider giving this a different reading if that that individual gets talked to by the boss because even when I said I was going to write a Yelp review or Google review he says I don't care about what you do so that tells me their customer service is on the low low end and anybody who wants to go there just keep in mind that you potentially have a disrespectful young Indian employee that you might run into everybody else is good and I appreciate the service but One Bad Apple can ruin the bunch.

One of my favorite vape shops around. This place is always in stock with exactly what I need and if they aren't, they have it in stock in 2 days. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff- not to mention good prices. Glad this place has survived
