The Smyrna location has awesome, knowledgeable, helpful employees! Your guy tonight that assisted my boyfriend with something very specific I was looking for, knew what he was talking about and now after purchasing a supplement from him I feel better! That and your incense I'm obsessed with, guarantees my regular return! Thank you so much! And if I knew his name I'd say it! Always a great experience here!

Great store and great locations I dont understand why some people complain. About the prices. They charge less than 20 bucks for juul pods you cant get that deal at the cloud 9 up the street. The two Hispanic gentlemen are very knowledgeable and hilarious to talk to. It needs a little renovating. But overall still great after 30 plus years

I've lived next to this store for 3 years and this store never stood out to me. The staff was mostly absent and unhelpful when asking questions about the products. I was excited when they hired Katie because she made my visits here very helpful, always knowing the answers to my questions and helping me find my favorite piece and toy. I thought maybe my timing was bad but when I asked about her they said she was let go!! Katie was the only reason I stuck with this store and now I will have to go out of my way to find knowledgeable people. Shame on y'all give me back Katie!

Ridiculously overpriced on everything except Kratom. All their pipes and water pipes are at least 20% higher than the other like-stores in the area. Plus the location is horrible - traffic from he77 on Cobb Pkwy. People who work there are really nice and helpful, but their prices are so high. They have signs all over "No Cellphones at counter" and the last time I went in the employee wouldnt get off the phone (personal call - I caould hear his part - this was not a business call). I felt like I was bothering him, so I walked out. Won't be going back any time soon unless every other "smoke shop" in Marietta closes. Y'll need a brush up on customer service - seriously.
