Black lady with shaved head was incredibly rude. Her attitude was awful and honestly made me embarrassed to even be in there and ask questions about the vape products. She rolled her eyes multiple times at me (first for even asking for help) and treated me like an absolute idiot.

Customer service was horrible. You couldn't touch anything, and they were just rude. I never leave reviews but the lack of interest showed by the people who are representing this company was very discouraging. Customer service is everything. I don't expect you to go over and beyond at a adult entertainment store, but I do expect you to show some sort interest and not give me a dry, unmannerly response. Hopefully whoever reading this finds new staff or prep your staff on proper behavior. Go somewhere else.

I bought a sex toy there one month ago try to use it today didn't work call the store they can do nothing about it would never buy for this place again and it was not new cheap toy
