I have been coming there for a while. And I have never had a problem. But I was up there Saturday night before closing. I asked for three packs of cigarettes. The lady asked multiple times if I wanted menthol I said no I need full flavor. She still wound up giving me 3 packs of menthol. I didnt notice till I got home and by then they were closed and the were gonna be closed on Sunday to. So wi whent in today Monday. The same lady was in she go an additued with another customer and after waiting in the long line and finally getting up there I told her I needed my packs switched out because she gave me the wrong ones. She told me she is not allowed to do that. I know that she could and I explained to her that I dont have any money to get more and it was her mistake the packs were not opened or any thing and she got really rude and told me to leave. The only reason I'm putting 2 stars is because I know it's not always like this.

The young woman working the counter here is knowledgeable and gives great customer service. They have a good selection of cigarette tobacco and tubes. Also antique lottery scratch-offs from 2013.

Today I purchased $48 worth of lottery scratch offs at this location. When I returned with a $100 winner, they refused to pay me my winnings! They proclaimed that they will not pay out more than $50!!! I have shopped there for my tobacco every week and they still wouldn't redeem the ticket. Unbelievably POOR customer service!!! WOW thanks for making my winning experience such a drag.

Great little vape shop! Stopped in on my way to the airport because I was completely out of juice. Snagged a Juicy Watermelon by Vapers Republic and it quickly became me favorite ADV. I only come to Pensacola a few times a year and haven’t found anyone else that carries it. Hoping I’m back in town soon so I can stalk up this time. Staff was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Y’all will definitely be my first stop next time in town from Los Angeles! If you haven’t tried their Juicy Watermelon ejuice you are missing out! I’m yet to find a watermelon flavor that compares in taste and cloud!
