I bought my rig from them when they were on Edgewood and when I went back to buy a new nail he sold me the wrong size and refused to return it even though it hadnt been used. All the owner said was, "it's store policy" even though he makes the policy. I've spent a lot of money at this place. There was a reason I stopped going there when they were on Edgewood, now I remember it's because they're garbage. If you're looking for a real smoke shop check out The Glass Eye on Lane. They're the oldest in Jax and they are reasonable. I won't be wasting my time at this place anymore.
