Amazing experience! I definitely recommend them. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and professional. Ana spent over 10 minutes on the phone (I live 2 hours away) reading me word for word directions and ingredients of several products they carried so I could make an educated decision about which product to have my boyfriend, who was in the area, pick up. She was way more than happy to help me from start to end and the manager who assisted in helping my boyfriend was just as welcoming and patient, even just minutes before they closed which is very hard to find! The customer service here completely exceeds my expectations. I will definitely be giving my business to them in the future, as my boyfriend says their selection is outrageous and worth the drive and obviously, their service is too!

If I could give a 0 I would have. Their policy for not telling a customer the price over the phone is awful I will not drive for 1 hour to a place that refused to tell me the price on a simple cigarette rolling machine. That is NO WAY TO GET CUSTOMERS. I'm also a local reviewer and I will let anyone I know not to shop at this establishment. Thank you for sending me to a different business YOUR LOSS NOT OURS.

Extremely overpriced from glass to vapes to CBD. Poor customer service. The manger seems to be more focused on her phone rather than helping customers. I was standing helpless for at least 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged and asked if I needed help . When I finally got someones attention, the manager came off as harsh and belittling.

Jessica and Anna assisted me last night with great costumer service. I needed a few things from a few different places and they were quick in getting me my items and getting cashed out. I asked Jessica to pick Out a flavor of backwoods for me and I really enjoyed them. I’ll be back :)
