Nobody was wearing a face mask, and the store is extremely overpriced. The cashier didn’t know the price of the item I was buying (A small torch lighter, worth around $5.00) & threw a price on it as I got to the register. He charged me nearly $17 for a lighter. Will not be returning, please shut your store down 👎🏽

Customer Service is the epitome of offensive. I was a regular customer until tonight. I was denied service and made no argument about it after simply for just remarking that I had purchased a pack of coils that had a pricing sticker on it that I was layered charged for an individual coil. I was not disputing the price Only informing him of the occasion.. Max got very animated and immediately affirmed that they had no pricing gun in their store,.

I stopped by this smoke shop after stopping at 5 other shops.Having no luck and not so good service at the other shops.I was getting upset.I am very happy I stopped here.got the greatest service.He answered all my questions and was very patient as I made up my mind.A wonderful shopping experience.I have found my new shop that I and everyone I know will be going to.Thank you so much

Lothar sez; This is just a very professional and courteous smoke shop. There are many choices, and a pleasant demeanor amongst the family owned staff. They have been very good to me the last number of years I've been coming here. Everything is displayed in order, and I just plain like coming here. Always a friendly hello. Nice location as well.

Absolutely horrible service. Requirements here are far different than elsewhere. Had a very rude manager and even other customers were foul and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place ever. Worst smoke shop I have ever seen. Do NOT recommend!!!!

Terrible service. Terrible quality control. The person working today at 12:00 9/18/2020 was the worst. They do not care about their products! When I buy disposable pods, they are broken/faulty and they DO NOT exchange! 0/10 do not buy anything. Go to smoke city instead! Its right around the corner 👍😊

Will sell you BROKEN PRODUCT! Bought a vape bar that didn’t work. They claimed it’s not their fault even though it’s their product! After arguing on the phone they BLOCKED my number! Do not give this place a try. Awful.

First time going to this smoke shop and when I say it was the best experience I have had with an employee, I MEAN it. Paul was absolutely fantastic and beyond informative and helpful when it came to choosing products. He was also so incredibly kind and friendly to me as well! The smoke shop itself was very clean and bright and as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed in by Paul. He was absolutely wonderful as well as my first experience there and my products. I’d rate more than 5 stars if possible and I will definitely be going back.
