Alright, I'm biased because my wife works here and I've come to know a few of the employees as friends, but here's what I think from an outside perspective. It seems like the staff -from the top of the totem pole to very bottom- share a solid enthusiasm for the work they do. The higher-ups are always making changes here and there to keep the experience fresh for the customers and the employees always seem to be in the loop with everything that goes on upstairs. When new merchandise comes in, it seems like everyone is excited to try it out which leads to first hand experience to relay to the customers. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Often times, I feel very novice when it comes to all of the new gadgets and paraphernalia. But, the staff at Freakys never hesitates to instruct and inform! I manage in retail myself and I'm often impressed by everything I see in-store and hear at home!

WARNING TO BODY MOD ENTHUSIASTS!!!’ Freaky’s has terrible services, they don’t educate their employees on anything to do with piercings, they don’t wash their hands when they handle your new jewelry and they don’t know anything about gauge size and standard size for different holes. They don’t allow refund even though they lie about the product they’re selling you. I’m outraged with how uneducated these employees are on any of the products, and then when I decided to talk to their piercer about my issue he proceeds to tell me “not my problem” straight to my face. If that’s not the worst way to deal with the situation then I don’t know what is. Customer service has gone down the toilet along with my respect for this company. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.
