Modest selection, no real distinction between handmade and factory-made glass, which is kind of dissapointing. Staff seemed to be in the back the whole time I was in. Great pendant selection, though. Crane machine is dope.

They have an amazing staff! The best costumer service i have ever revived in any kind of Department. They also have awsome prices! I haven't been able to find that good of quality of glass for that price! Amazing store. Definitely recommended to everyone!

I have been here only a few times. But he employee s are very kind and helpful. The variety of pipes and smoke accessories are good. And I prefer here than freakys.

Really Friendly owner and employee that was working that day. Was quite impressed in the manner they handled a very anxious customer who had some very sensitive questions, and concerns about certain products when I was there. Prices were great. Highly recommend.
