I'm from New York and we have a lot of nice pipe shops here, but this is by far the BEST pipe shop I've ever stepped foot in. Everyone who works here is super passionate about what they do, and more than wiling to patiently assist customers for nearly an hour (if need be). I only stepped in here to browse their selection, yet the quality of each handmade (95% locally) piece impressed me so much that I left with 3 pieces. I'll leave some pipe shops having picked the least ugly pipe, yet here I had a tough time deciding which one to pick since they all looked so nice. They even had a pipe smaller than your average lighter. It can be worn as an accessory, yet is still fully functional. If you're looking for any glass piece to smoke out of, look no further. You won't regret it!

I'm from out of town first of all, and the staff here was absolutely inviting and amazing. The older guy (didn't catch his name although because I got super excited about some products and said "can I just hug you man" i caught a hug from him) was extremely knowledgeable about the products and quality. He was absolutely not trying to find is a product to just sell us to make money, he really did help us find pipes that fit our style. I wasn't expecting to find as much stuff as I did, i was expecting to just buy one piece but in total me and my father bought five pieces total. I would 100% refer someone to this store before any other. I plan on going back before having to go home.

Bought a vape pen from here a few weeks ago, not exactly a cheap one either, the younger male sales person was nice but also mentioned that in case it breaks, they sell replacement parts. I thought it was a bit strange but was over all happy with the purchase. Sure enough, a few days later the glass housing/mouthpiece broke. The same part the guy warned me about. So I go back to buy a replacement part, which they do not have. The girl was terribly rude and thoroughly unhelpful. So I wait a week as she said they would have more in. Go back today and unfortunately the same girl was there, still very rude and still no part. I asked if they could sell a part from a new pen and replace it when they get the shipment. The girl practically laughed at me. The only recommendation she had was to buy a whole new set up......I will not be going back and will be sure to tell people not to go there.
