I use to go to this shop all the time. However, I've moved pretty far from San Ramon. I try to get here once every quarter and buy as much items as needed. They are very nice people and very helpful. I am a huge fan of these guys. My experience with other smoke shops is never the same. There is always awkwardness in other stores and people that don't even try socializing. These guys are always customer service oriented and very friendly. I usually get serviced by Mahroof who is always helpful and even walks me to the door when I buy my merchandise. My best experience that I can share was one time when I visited the shop. Mahroof was helping me and I was trying to get over a cold. While I was looking for the items I needed... he stepped aside and a few minutes later he brought me some hot tea and honey. I will never forget that. Thank you for treating me so well. I appreciate you and Smooth Leaf team.
