I've been to almost EVERY single smoke shop in Walnut Creek/Danville/SR/Dublin area, this is by far the best one. Staff are friendly and welcoming, selection is massive, ever for tobacco focused users (rolling tobacco, cigars, etc.) All products are legit, which is amazing when trying to buy things like puff bars (alot of the other stores in the area have fakes). Store is always open as listed as well. By far the best smoke shop in the area.

Product quality questionable, hold on to packaging and receipt if you want an exchange otherwise you’re at their mercy. The clerk who sold me the piece originally 2 wks ago praised the product and happily ‘tossed’ my packaging for me. He couldn’t help me per se other than offer a SMALL discount on new product, the other didn’t like my attitude (?!?!) I was more than polite trying to find a resolution to defective product, even willing to share losses; when I asked if he’d swap my $40 piece for a $10 one -he snidely accepted ’if I asked nicer’. I understand trying to run a business but stand behind your product and I know suppliers take back defective products with/without packaging. I did appreciate the swap because at one point I got a flat out NO so much so that in the moment that I offered an extra charger I had in my purse which was accepted in a heartbeat, swallowed my pride & took my 25+ dollar loss. -something better than nothing!

It's nicer to visit since the change in ownership within the last few (+) years. More official too. Before this store became a "Blue Cave," I would come in to buy smokes, pipes, ect during which the price of these would change almost daily depending on who was working and who was buying them. Now the place feels more like an actual retail store. I do miss the lotto tho. We used to be able to get lotto and scratcher tickets in this location. Also the smoke shop that used to occupy this space sold different colored oil burners, not just clear like Blue Cave does now. And they were cheaper too, by $1each. .

Very rude guy who runs the shop. Asks loudly how old I am as soon as enter before greeting me or anything than demands to see id before I’ve looked around or even showed interest in something (I’m 25 btw).There are so many more smoke shops with better customer service and better prices.
