Rude employees overall. The owner is even worse. There are usually 3 employees "working" but good luck getting help even if you are the only customer there. They've had some decent employees over the years but they never last long. You're better off driving a mile or 2 out of the way to another shop!

The gentleman I spoke with was super friendly and helped me replace my coil and learn how to prime it properly. Definitely plan on going back.

One of the better smoke shops I've been to, amazing customer service. Ask for Nick, if he's not there talk to Jacob. Between the two of them you'll have a great laugh and get all of your vape problems fixed. I bought my mod from them, suggested by Nick and I haven't regretted it once.
