I absolutely loved the store and the amazing worker named Mike. He's super smart, answers any and all questions, friendly, and a hard worker. He's definitely the main reason I would visit this store more often!! Thank you Mike for pretty much being perfect at everything you do!!

100% Recommended, I've lived in several different states and have been to quite a few smoke shops. Big Jay's is definitely in my top five! I've gotten all my glass here since I've been in Wisconsin, both guys that I've dealt with were extremely chill and easy to talk too. Amazing prices and a very wide variety of glass!
