I have been visiting this business for quite some time,to get cigarettes,incence,and now CBC OIL. STAFF HAS been polite,informative and very helpful.This place ROCKS! PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE,and they have a good selection of T-shirts also. I give this place 5 thumbs up!👍👍👍👍👍

Went there & bought a vaporizer. I literally had it for maybe 2 hours and ended up realizing it didn’t work correctly. I called and asked if I could return it. The guy was extremely rude, didn’t care & said no because I used it. How was I supposed to know it didn’t work if I don’t use it???? Anyways they wouldn’t let me return it or even bring it in to get help to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I have never been treated so poorly.

Most of the workers are great but some are hesitant to help you and will just stare at you as they sit behind the counter and smoke cigarettes. All ecig and smoking hardware can be found for much cheaper online.

Purchased a $40 bottle of CBD oil from here for the first time on Friday July 6th. I've purchased CBD oil from Azara downtown in the past without issues. The employee at S4L directed me to his suggested oil. I picked the strawberry flavor. Got home and it has no flavor. No matter how much I shook it up. The strength of the oil is actually intolerable to me. Obviously the brands vary between S4L and azara... when discussed with the shift leader, along with district manager, they were unwilling to help me with a refund or even an exchange as they'd be "out the $40". Poor customer service to a would have been new customer. Will be sharing with all.
