Lowest prices between green bay and appleton--I know because I checked them all out! $2 and $3 butane, can't go wrong with that! Plus discounts cards and a great staff on both west and east green bay and Appleton.

I went to Elf's gifts today. It was recommended that I go somewhere in town where people are knowledgeable. Pay more than online, but at least be lead in the right direction. I told the lady i had no clue. She suggested that I vape a tincture, which was ten bucks cheaper than the one that said, "e-vape". So I bought it, took it home, and Vaped it. It burned going down, and definitely didn't taste right. So I went online and googled the product. DO NOT VAPE TINCTURES. I called Elf's. I spoke with the very same woman. No refund, no change of product, I am stuck with a product I don't want.. because of poor advice on their part. I suggest you go online, do the research, and save some money. If they make right, i will update my review.. Cheers.
