Black Thumb Glass is a fantastic place to go to. I have never had any issues with any of the representatives here and the quality is always great. I have yet to have anything bought from here break. If there is something that is currently out of stock, I have never had an issue getting a recommendation of where to get it or at least a possible time frame for restocking. I love Black Thumb. Definitely 1000x's better than Azara's. Mike actually helped me figure out a good vape juice to get unlike Azara's they try to rush you in and out. Also helped me pick out a good bong! 5 star place forsure!☺

EXTREMELY snobby customer service the second I walked in the door. Unfortunately, I made a purchase anyways..... I attempted to return the purchase less than 10 minutes after purchasing because of a simple misunderstanding on joint size, as the item was for a friend. "Absolutely no refunds accepted on glass" was the response even given the particular circumstances. I then asked about some of the adapters that you guys have to try and make things work anyways, and was once again shunned and talked down upon by your staff as if I were incompetent. There was not another piece in the color I preferred, at the joint size I needed, so I then offered to pay 15% above the listed sale price of the item to have a piece made specifically in the colors I preferred. Which if I'm not mistaken is something you specifically outline in taking pride in. Yet I was abruptly told that was not going to be a possibility... Mikes work is beautiful, but my experience flat out sucked.
