Love this store! Great customer service especially Mar & Phil! They have an amazing assortment of items too many to post! I had no idea there was another floor to this place! Worth making a stop but parking is a bit tricky sometimes.

Seemed like a really cool place, but was closed at least fifteen minutes early because they hate me, and now I probably won't be able to make it out here for weeks. How dare people have their own lives. ;w;

I want to share an experience I had with the novelty shop. I bought a g priv vape from them and it wouldnt charge or turn on. Took it back they replaced battery brought it back it wouldnt work. Kept saying battery was low. They kept telling me to watch videos on how to fix the problem. Shouldnt they know how to work a product they sell? I asked for a refund they were rude and refused. Took it back and still refused refund just replaced with another one. Guess what still doesnt work and they seem to have no idea on how to work the product. I would not recommend them at all.
