Excellent customer service, very polite employees. Be wary of smoker friendly brand loose tobacco bags, they dry out impossibly fast and taste like burnt @$$ hair LOL...

They have wonderful customer service and a nice selection. Also just because some people use these pipes for smoking some tree, who cares. That's their business. And stoners aren't bad people. I'd rather have stoner friends than some people who smoke crack, snort coke or pills, or shootin up HEROIN. Again, this is a really nice place and good prices. 😊

If you pay with a credit card be sure to look at your receipt. I got charged $55 for a $15 purchase. Unfortunately didn't catch it until i got the bill and the receipt is long gone. Shady
