purchased a 200 water pipe from here about a year ago and i was told that if it ever broke they could repair it. so i recently cracked the bottom of the water pipe and took it to them for a repair i was told they could fix it. so to begin with it took them over two weeks to even remove the bottom beaker after i finally received it back it had a crack inside the top perk now i was not informed that it could be damaged by them at all. now after they damaged my water pipe not only was she not willing to even replace it but she didnt even want to give me a discount on a new piece. so after i refused to pay for the product i walked out and left it there and i went outside to call the police. while i was outside she came to the door and threw my pipe outside. now once the officer finally arrived and spoke to both me and her is when she finally decided to offer me a 20% discount after i made it home with my pipe and inspected it further it turns out that her throwing it on the ground caused the entire top perk to become cracked and dislocated so now i have a 200 dollar paperweight she has rendered my pipe completly useless. there customer service is garbage and i will never shop here again. and please believe i will notify EVERYONE i know to never shop at ashleys smokin art on 87 and pacific or the one her husband runs on 34th and pacific(Ashleys pipe shop) BUYER BEWARE i wish i could rate them lower than poor because even poor quality is better than what they gave
