their stuff is pretty, but way over priced. I saw some of the same exact stuff at other shops 25% or more less expensive and the custom stuff is really thin and while nice to look at, impractical to use and maintain

Horrible service with terrible and disrespectful employees. The valley location used to be my go to place for everything glass or smoking related. Not anymore. Every time I enter the store, I am not greeted, or even acknowledged. The snot nosed punks that would rather look at their phones than help customers or give clear answers to questions have filled the stores employee base and is ruining this business. How should I feel like an inconvenience coming into a shop where I kept my loyalty and spent my money all these years? I've lost complete faith for the company and refuse to go to any other locations unless things go back to the way they were. It won't happen because Jared and Laurie (the owners) can't pull their heads out and realize what is ruining their company. I have taken my business elsewhere for good. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this shop.

the silicone silinectar I got here literally caught on fire. How does that happen? Must not be real silicone. Guess what, no returns. Guess I breathed poison and almost got burnt and it costed me 50 bucks. They made it clear it is not their problem. Don't shop here. There are better places. Period.

Kudos to Rob. Kept the doors open few minutes before closing was on point professional. He knew his product got us EVERYTHING we wanted we left ultra satisfied. Brought the whole kit home was even more pleased with our purchase. when you want quality you go to where the quality is and that is Puffin Glass. Shine on!
