I think they have only been open once when I went there during business hours. I'd give them a good rating, if I could actually get in to buy something. I don't mean to be so high maintenance, but I kind of expect to be able to access a place when the sign says they are open.

A small little place tucked in a small little Mall but the service is great the gentlemen mr. young is an incredible guy who believes in his community and keeps a tidy clean and reasonably priced merchandise... A asset to the North Renton Community

Three times now I've gone here and the open sign is on but when I get to the door, there's a handwritten note stating that they will be back at some later time. The last time, the note said 4pm and since it was 4, I decided to wait. 15 minutes later and nobody showed. Clearly the employee thinks it's acceptable to leave the premises while on the job and I sincerely doubt the store owner is aware. This kind of behavior can put a store out of business. There are three people I've seen work there, the younger man is incredibly rude and can hardly muster enough energy to greet the customer. The last time he didn't say a word. Frankly, I should have never come back after I saw a note there the first time. I can blame myself for that one. Clearly, I'm not going to this shop again and neither should anyone else. What a failure.

This place was very friendly and accommodating. The manager Sarina welcome me and wished me a good day which was pleasant . Great prices.
