Bought an e-rig that was a dud out of the box. The people at FW and Auburn Mary Jane's made sure i got a working one ASAP. Great staff huge selection. Just make sure if you buy an e-rig it works before you leave!

The guy working tonight (01-05-20,945pm) was so helpful and BEYOND EDUCATED on the products within their inventory. Amazing selection and great customer service! It was my first time buying a pipe and the gentleman behind the counter had the patience to teach me about pipes and helped me pick out something cheap and fairly durable for me to start out with! There were soooo many pretty pipes there! They even make some of them themselves! Definitely visit here!

This store is nothing short of awesome. They have glassware from ten dollars to thousands, a deal for every budget, and the products are nothing short of high artworks. Some incredible and amazing stuff, always something different. Customer appreciation and service are great, it's easy to see how the company has built up a chain of these stores.

Nice place, , Kratom is priced way to high though, 4 times the price as other store's. There is another store I found in South King County that sells 500 gram bags of Maeng Dah (sp?) For 100$. Good quality too, can't tell difference between MJ and this store I found by accident. sure can't beat the price
