DO NOT SHOP HERE, they sell defective products that they will not stand up for. I purchased a Scorch Torch lighter for $29.99 on July 11 from a heavy-set blonde lady at the Smoke Depot. When I got home (35 miles from the store) I tried to fill the torch and it immediately started leaking from a seal at the bottom of the lighter. I opened the valve and set it outside to make sure it was empty and returned it immediately to its box so I could take it back for an exchange or refund. Because I live so far away from the store I couldn’t rerun it before today, July 25, exactly 2 weeks from when I bought it. The same lady was there and I told her of the problem and she said “I don’t know if I can take it back because it’s been 2 weeks,” and she picked up her cell phone and called someone, who I believe was the owner and basically explained my situation. I’m guessing that the person on the other end asked what condition the lighter is in and she looked directly at the bottom of the lighter and said “It’s kind of messed up.” I used this torch for no more than 2 or 3 minutes after attempting to fill it and realizing it was defective placed it back in its original box. I returned the torch in the EXACT same condition as when I purchased it. The clerk told me that she couldn’t help me because of the “Damage” to the torch and that the store wouldn’t get credit for it from the manufacturer. The “Damage” is a defect in the paint on the very bottom of the torch and had no affect on the location of the leak. I have contacted my credit card company and am submitting a dispute for the purchase of the torch. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS MERCHANT!

The heavy set blonde lady that works here has always been very disappointing. We come in to grab a quick item and she stands outside smoking her cigarette while we stand in the store alone waiting atleast 3-5 minutes so she can finish smoking her cigarette and chatting with random people. I have gone in here before and she was loudly talking on the phone about non work stuff ( I frankly don't care that you need more photos to hang in your new place). There hasn't been a single time we have came here (mainly cause its closer) that she is actually providing good customer service. I have spoke to the young kid about her and im surprised she still has a job here. Literally she needs to be replaced with anyone else.

"I close 5 min early everyday, honey..." Said the clerk at 6:55 as she locks the door in my face. And frankly, she looked like the type of person who closes 5 min early everyday. Lost my business
