My first time here was a very comfortable experience. I had never been to a place like this before so I was nervous to say the least. But with my boyfriend at my side, and the very helpful gal who worked there, I felt a lot more comfotable. The gal working answered a lot of our questions, gave us some suggestions, and was extremely professional and all without being intrusive. Overall good first experience. But on a second note, we went there again tonight (As it says they are open until 3:30am) and there was one or two vehicles parked, but both front and back doors were locked. We were very let down. Next time we will make the trip to Tacoma since this place seems to be inconsistent.
