The manger is very rude. The first time I had gone in the store the employee forgot to ask for my ID although i had already had it out and was going to hand it to him the manager began to reprimand the employee in a not so discrete manner. Not only was it extremely uncomfortable but it was in no way professional with the tone or the words he had chosen to use to speak to this employee. The second time I went to this store i was ignored by the same person who had reprimanded the employe from before in favor of flirting with some female customers for a good while before they even talk about any actual product. I decided to leave and buy what I needed elsewhere. Bad customer service and poor treatment for it's workers.

This place is off the hook excellent..Owner is frequently working counter. Hiring and keeping excellent top notch customer service people in a specialized retail shop is very tough.. They have a young lady that literally LOVES helping you.. She is bright.. Positive and helpful from the heart.. I support this place because of her.. She is amazing.. Worth a visit just because of her.. These 5 stars belong to her.. That is all.. Davinti Out!!😎
