The place has great prices and a great selection of whatever you may need. But the one younger guy is always a dick he acts like he doesn’t care about anything and doesn’t want to help basically acts like he hates being there and every person who comes in

I have been here a few times and never had a problem with any of the employee’s, and even if I did.. I normally wouldn’t mind someone having an off day because I understand that it happens, BUT THIS GUY WAS A JERK. He obviously didn’t want to help me, and he most definitely didn’t want to be there... it was extremely unprofessional.

Love going to them because they have everything I need but customer service is horrible I went to their sister store cigar zone (the sign flashing OPEN), they are never open. I always have to go to the other store to have some come help me. I asked them if they could leave a sign to let people know when there is no one there to serve customers. Still nothing but this time I get attitude and spoken to disrespefully when I comment on it. They will never get my business again.
