Iv been here many times in the past. I haven't been in years until the other day. The store and staff are exactly how I remember them. Very laid back and easy to work with. They show an extra personal touch. I feel every other store cares more about there glass then there costumers (papa Joe's)... But here they do not. They want nothing more then to help you. It doesn't matter if your spending 10$ or 100$ they appreciate the business... My recent visit was awesome and the guy there helped me get what I was looking for in a piece. And I'm soooo happy with the build... 👍

This place is amazing! I live really close so I'm a pretty regular customer. The owners are EXTREMELY helpful with anything and everything. They never hesitate to take care of their customers and I couldn't be more appreciative. Not only have they thrown in "freebies" from time to time but have ordered me product, exchanged a downstem that they 100% did not have to do (so THANK YOU!!) and have always been professional. I recommend these guys to everyone I can, and no one has been disappointed! I buy ALL of my glass from here, I don't even consider going anywhere else!! See you guys Wednesday :D

Do not drink the water, or order any drinks with ice. The culture is vibrant and colorful, but only something like 10% of the denizens actually speak passable English. Be careful getting into a taxi here, because instead of taking you where you want or to your hotel it's more likely that the driver will instead take you to a family member who has their own establishment or hotel. Avoid street food for the most part, or you are just asking for "Delhi Belly". Stay vegetarian, make sure any women in the group are dressed conservatively, and no fresh fruit or veggies! Make sure everything is cooked thoroughly, and no meat! Also, cows are viewed as very sacred so do not disturb them. All of the cows have state issued ID cards, also. It's pretty serious. All in all, be safe, don't let anyone carry your bags, and enjoy India! Safe travels.

Been going to then since the were located at Ingram's . New location is spacious and convenient. Staff is as always stellar. Great prices and a better selection than they had at Ingram's. If you're looking don't hesitate to check this place out. Not to mention that most of the selection is locally sourced so you'll be supporting the local scene. See you guys soon
