My best friend and I love this place. I think the guy who helps us is named Sam(?) and he is nothing but nice and welcoming. Every other vape/smoke shop I’ve been to everyone is rude and acts like they have better things to do. Not here. He wants you to ask questions and has plenty of knowledge to share. My last time going my best friend and I wanted to try CBD but didn’t know much about it. We’re thankful Sam was there to help and inform us about the different oils, edibles, and juices. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to go back this evening!

Small business that genuinely cares about their customers. Staff is amazing Sam Kathrine and Tyler are all very knowledgeable down to earth people. Have the best glass pieces always a variety of choices. A huge selection of e juices. Great conversation and the best part they stand behind their products. Another plus if they don't have something in stock they will order it and make sure you they actually follow up and let you know they have it back in stock. Why would you not shop with them?

I can not sing enough high praises about Sam and The Cloud Factory! They stand behind products they sell, they take time to understand customer needs and couldn't be more friendly.
