Horrible Store Attendant ... Assar has no knowledge of the products in the store... He takes no responsibility when he sells you the wrong item... he is rude and and has zero respect for customers... I have been shopping here since it opened and unfortunately this is the last time I'd ever spend my money in this shop.. Horrible experience!!

Every time I come to this store they sell me a more expensive pen which turns out to be a total waste. The store attendant just sold me the most expensive pen after a lengthy conversation about the number of pens I’ve purchased which just turned out to be the wrong product. When I called he was not only rude he was dismissive and hanged up the phone... I’ve bought cigars and pens here since it opened. I’ll never make another purchase at this store. Save yourself the waste of money and time and go to Woodbridge or Springfield. These guys are fraudsters!!!
