Having driven past The Magic Mushroom numerous times over the past few years it was about time I tried the cuisine... And I wasn’t disappointed! A beautiful contemporary British menu served in a chic rural location made the experience all the more enjoyable. Only downside is the menu online doesn’t reflect menu when you arrive, but you will be pleasantly surprised by their daily specials. Not particularly suitable for larger groups with younger children but all staff are friendly and professional.

I took my lady here for her 62nd birthday dinner last night and we both came away from the restaurant 100% satisfied. Beautifully presented dishes, very tasty and so very fresh with all dishes cooked to order. Excellent, friendly and attentive waiting service in a very clean and ambient and air conditioned atmosphere. We both look forward to dining here again and I personally highly recommend a visit to all who read this review. One very trivial thing though, ice in the jugs of water would be a good idea especially in this hot weather we are currently experiencing.

Really nice and friendly. The bill comes up a bit strange. Must of been a developer who designed it rather than the restaurant but all worked out fine even with a confusing bill. Staff very helpful and attentive. All in all a very good night. Great place for a birthday dinner.

All I can say is wow. Great food, great service and a lovely restaurant ambience. What a great evening. Visited here again this weekend and was not disappointed. Another fantastic meal supported by excellent staff.

First time visiting here. The food was amazing and very good portions. Even the children's menu has good sized portions. The place has a really good atmosphere and the staff are really friendly. They were also interacting with my 18 month old, which he absolutely loved. The service was definitely really good.
