Great customer service came in bought two vapes and came home they won't work. Today they fixed and upgraded one to new battery. Will be returning for all oils!!

Spencer's is the greatest!! Christine in there is the best, not to pushy but really tries to help make it affordable and make sure it's what you want! Super great staff I forget the gentlemans name but he is super cool too! I would recommend making the drive it's worth it. As well as they have a super big and wide variety of glass!! And many other things!

I've been to smoke shops all over the world (Amsterdam, Jamaica, California, Colorado and more). Visiting this shop was best experience with smoke shops in my life! The variety of pipes and other stuff is unbelievable!! A lot of different types of tobacco as well! The lady who served me is the best! She gave me an gift and we talked a lot! Unfortunately I don't remember her name but much respect for her!! She also knows her stuff so she can help you in every way you want!!

I wish there was an option for no zeros. Recently we purchased two boxes of Stig lush ice three packs. All of the packages were tampered with, none of the nicotine stigs hit right, and a few of them were leaking. This store is selling tampered nicotine products, which is illegal. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I've been to Spencer's Discount Tobacco many times. The owner suggested I try a different brand of tobacco that was getting popular with many of his clients. It's the only brand of tobacco I buy now from the store, at a very reasonable price too!! I save so much money rolling my own tobacco, compared to buying packs of cigarettes. They've got a wonderful selection of vape pens and pipes of all sizes. I recommend this place if you want to save more money 😉😁

Would be better if we didnt get a grinder with metal chips and a hole that wasnt fully cut, we also got a pen for cartridges and it will not work. Before you walk out of the store make sure things work because we went back in and pointed to the sign that says "we will happily refund or exchange items" and the man working proceeded to rip it off the wall throws it than looks back at us with a smile, what a joke
