Honestly the moment we walked in I was on the phone saying my farewells when the lady came up. I hung up and we then said hello to her. Got shrugged off. We look at some of the pieces and ask a few questions which she sat in the corner and shouted prices. I asked if I could maybe make a deal on some pieces (because they were so freaking dusty it would take a while to clean) and she said no. Asked some other questions and still refused to get up and help us. Extremely judgmental with a bad attitude. If you want something they sell please go to house of vapes. CLEAN store very attentive and patient. This store is a joke and I would be ashamed if I were the owner.

Went in and got 3 puff bars never had a problem with them before but they all tasted horrible and one was already broke. Will not be spending my money here again. Also we went back to replace the broken one and guess what? That one was broken again.

I don't know about you but their customer service is "off the hook great & bizarre" I don't know if the clerk was lazy or if they didn't even want me in the store making a purchase because once I had walked into the store I got that vibe like they was in a bad mood and wanted me to scoot scoot scoot out of there as quickly as possible and I really mean that.....⁶ I can tell you this though.....⁶, in all the times I have shopped here, I have absolutely no problems whatsoever going in A's Smoke Shop and purchasing any of their products i.e. (cigarettes/bongs/pipes/lighters/torches/ Vapes/e-juice/etc).....⁶ My latest purchase was this "POS" (flip-top/E-torch lighter) I paid $4 for, I really liked the beautiful decoration on it's casing, black with 'day of the Dead skull and red roses', but the darned thing only worked a short while once I'd gotten outside to really see it in action and lite my cigarette.....⁶ I also purchased two bubbles, you know!....⁶ The ones that are 2 for $5 got no problems with those so far, they seem to be working flawlessly.....⁶ Exactly what they're designed for.....⁶ Now aside the "POS" torch & the lazy grumpy clerk and the two bubbles.....⁶ I'm writing this as a five star because it's the same atmosphere every time I go in to their store.....⁶ sure they've got products that aren't so good and products that are really good but what industry doesn't have both good and bad I'll still go and purchase products from A's smoke shop cuz overall they have good products I've only ran into a few products that were no good but hey hooray for a local business making it......

Prices were too high and the staff isn't very knowledgeable of the product. I wanted something cheap until I got paid. The person working days his cheapest mod was $70. I bought it then found out they had cheaper ones I could've bought. I walked out for a mod I didn't want and that I paid way too much for. They have a great selection of product however. That's The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one.

Bought a very expensive pen just for it to stop working 2 days later. Terrible products and very misleading customer service. I do not recommend getting any pens here.
