Everyone is always so nice whenever I come in. I love that I can bring my service dog inside. They always give her doggy treats. You guys Rock!!

***These guys are awesome. Only smoke shops worth going to in Provo/Orem area. Great selection, fun staff. Long story short I bough a nice glass piece that had a flaw which caused it to BREAK later that day. After providing the evidence I was given a huge discount on my new peice. That’s what I call honest work. Thanks.***

Great, especially considering it almost the only smoke shop around Utah County. They are very cordial and knowledgable about their products. That is important. AND smokes are cheaper here than other stores around!

I like the staff. And I also like their prices. However, I only like their prices because, compared to the other nearby shops, this place is a bargain. That's why it's not 5 stars. Their prices are steep for sure, they just happen to be less steep than the other shops in the area

I have gone here for over a year, for smokes before I started vaping- bought all 4 of my mods here and juices, oil the works... I was in a rush one day and pulled in parked slightly over the yellow line and was rudely instructed by Carl the store manager to move my car it’s disrespectful to him and his business & customers! As if I’m not a customer- and a loyal one at that! So I did- I went in to make my purchase and as I was walking out there was a guy that has pulled up right as you walked up taking up both parking spots I said to him you may want to move your car it’s disrespectful-apparently...and proceeded to my car. Carl followed me out and told me to shop somewhere else! At that point I said what is wrong ? He said don’t come here anymore. Um excuse me! For what! Warning someone before you are rude to them too!! No! I will take my business somewhere else, there are tons of vape shops that would love my business. Their managers need a course in speaking kindly to customers!

Overall this place has a good selection and variety of products. They are also reasonably priced. The workers here are knowledgeable about their products and are very friendly and efficient. I cannot say that about a lot of the smoke shops I have been to as some of them don't even know any information about the products they carry and are priced way too high. My overall impression is that this is a great store.
