Came in today for my first time and was helped by Simone. She made my experience absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable about products, helped me pick out 2 mods, and bomb juice! Definitely coming back customer service was outstanding she was so outgoing and patient with all my dumb questions

The owner is extremely helpful and nice. Reading previous comments about him hitting on people has never been the case for me. I’ve noticed he’s got a friendly personality, but not a creeper one. I won’t go to any other smoke shop. Elite is the best!!!!

May was awesome. We went in and she was super super friendly. She helped us get great mods and a new set up that fit us perfectly helped us fit our new mods ceramic tips and tanks, and then took the time to set us up with our new juices. While we where there she valiantly turned away several under age kids who didn't have ID, however she was never rude about it. She had a kind positive attitude and helped everyone in a timely manner while helping us at the same time. Very impressed. We will be coming to this store from now on. The owner was great too😊 Thanks guys
