Called to check if a certain product was in stock/carried in store and over the phone a girl told me yes they do have it. Drove all the way into town to pick it up and when I arrived was told by the SAME GIRL that they do not carry that product only kemp discount did and she’s “so sorry”. I specifically called before coming to make sure so I wasn’t wasting my time. Instead I wasted time and gas and was lied to on the phone. I don’t appreciate being lied to when I wouldn’t have even came into town if I knew they didn’t carry it. She didn’t even have the decency to check when I called just told me yeah they do. Then waited until I was in store to tell me they didn’t carry the 5 day detox only the 7 day and the 1 fast detox when those are not what I called for at all. Will not be using this store ever again at least kemp discounts employees have a knowledge of their products and what they carry and don’t carry. Very very disappointed and frustrated.

Horrendous upsell everything inside the store is going to be price 100% more than asking price you can verify this by going on Amazon or even the companies website they charge double what they paid for the survey someone of a private they completely make their money back and then some when something or something it breaks or is already faulty they will argue with you to the nail

Great store that stands by what they sell. I buy my vape juice and kratom here and they are great. Ive bought several vapes here and they were knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the perfect device. Had some juul pods one time that were leaking and they switched them right out for a new pack. Great people that go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Awesome selection of cologne too!
