Family Dollar on Highway
I usually like this store, but I went in today and feel like the cashier's were not very nice. Seemed agitated when I asked for cash back,(don't offer it if you don't want people to use it). They had horrible customer service skills and seemed overall irritated that I was there or they had to work. I've done customer service jobs, it's not hard. Eye contact, or heaven forbid a fake smile goes a long way. It was to the point I'm not sure I would go in there again if I needed anything. Dollar general has a lot better customer service.
