Bought a pound of the brisket. Meat was very moist, tender with excellent flavors. Smelled and tasted smoked. Just enough char (burnt part) on it which added to flavor. I could cut it with a fork easily. Will definitely purchase more later. Sauce is really good too. Also bought a pound of the sausage. It has decent flavor, with a hint of heat seasoning. It was good but I prefer sausage from Lockhart,Texas. But since Lockhart is too far away, this sausage works very well. Prices may feel a bit high, but everything costs more since pandemic making it tough on everyone. Worth the money.
