We went in to check out the Dart selection and was floored by all the choices and great prices. The staff was very helpful , informative and friendly. Great Store and Cool Stuff, go check it out!

Great stock, friendly staff. Tattoo needles and disposable tubes at a decent price. Small stock of Intenze, Eternal, and Mom's ink. Piercing needles and and hardware in stock. Pipes, shirts, and so much more. Best head shop in Pasadena.

The employees are rude bc that's how Lisa runs that ship over there. Instilling fear through you employees is cowardly and just plain wrong. She's just now caring about what her customers think!? What about when you we're one of the only shops here? How about your crappy attitude before reviews? You were a jerk to EVERYONE. I've been to this location so many times and have 3 people I know that have worked there to confirm it. How Bout fixing your attitude Lisa?! Maybe if you treated your employees the same way you treat a small percentage of your customers, your business wouldn't be failing. It starts with a solid foundation. Lisa take some advice from your current and ex employees. Learn to treat EVERYONE with respect. The cringy "We're here to help you", cow is a decade late. You're so fake on here.
