super rude guy behind the counter, like he did want to sell me a vape pen. I dont even leave reviews most of the time, but obviously this place has gone down hill, there's hardly anything in there besides basic products tge prices are almost twice what you can get online retail. I walked in and guy was what do you want, i dont know whst your talking about, what do you use a vape pen for, we don't have much vape juice and only two flavors. Garbage place hope they get it together

Used a piece bought from this store and asked my friend what she thought of the store and if she wanted to leave a review on Google. This is what she said: "Im not gonna... later! Wait, words. Look! Bag on head!" I think that translates to a pretty good experience from New Era but I could be wrong... Who knows?

I called ahead to ask about purchasing a new bale and the guy on the phone said he would be willing to show me a few pictures when we go there. I drive across town just for this dude to be COMPLETELY rude to me and my girlfriend. We told him we had just called about a bale and he preceded to tell us he had a 1000 called and what do we want. He then blew us off and walked away. I will NEVER go back.

Good for vapeing supplies. Good incense, and interesting novelty items. The store is really clean with nothing to block ones view. The employees are always friendly, helpful and courteous.
