Love this place. EVERY time I'm given great service. Best incense as well. Burns for what seems like hours on just one stick. This is my go to for tobacco products and accessories. Edit: after reading the reviews, I feel bad for the owner. I have an amazing time here every time. Sometimes, the ladies aren't friendly that's true everyone has a bad day or three. But the dude with the beard makes up for it. Reasonable price for the quality. You get what you pay for.

I purchased a dugout there and with realizing that it had a fault to the product I paid $25 for it. I live 30 minuets away and I DID NOT EVEN USE IT and they denied me a return or even a trade in for equal value and in less than 24 hours. I will never go back. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I bought a pair of sunglasses, went outside and put them on and noticed a scratch on the lense (couldn’t see it inside because it’s so dark). Took them back in and showed them. First he tried to act like it was just from the sticker when it was clearly a scratch. Then when I showed him the other pair has the same scratch he literally put them both back on the shelf for someone else to buy!! They only had two pairs of the color I wanted and both were scratched so he told me I had to get a color I didn’t want or lose my money, wouldn’t let me get a different style or get my money back. And the scratched glasses are back in the shelf so they can screw someone else out of their money.

Been going here for a few years now + every time literally is a good experience. 4 stars because no business is perfect. The staff will greet me as soon as I make those darn door bells chime (my Pop used to have these hanging on the inside of his door way back in the day so there’s a bit of nostalgia that kicks in, lol..) All in all, super friendly staff + warm ambience. Yes, I have visible tattoos/piercings + have been discriminated against in other places of business (I know I'm not alone on this one), but here I don't feel like such an outsider. I feel like I'm the same as anyone else. This place knows how to keep their people coming back.

Tashi was the best at customer service. I came in for a specific reason and she was fun, friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I would come back just to buy from her!!
