I went to this store because I read the reviews about fair prices and good service. The customer service is fine. Nice man. But the prices are not fair. Not sure if he just decided based on seeing me to determine what the price was going to be. The guy charged me $5 for a 50g box. The average price is $3.50-$3.75. I ended up buying 2 because I didn’t want to walk out but the prices for Shisha are not fair at all. I won’t be going back unless an emergency. His variety of Al Fakher is VERY LIMITED.

SOLD ME DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. Then refused to even exchange the piece hours after purchase even after demonstrating the defect. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE.

My boyfriend and went here to shop while in town. When we purchased the wrong product the first time and had to come back the owner was very nice and took away the price of the original item we bought from the one we needed. Great customer service and fair prices too!
