my girlfriend and i try to stop by every time we are in plano. i recommend this smoke shop to any and everyone we talk to about places like this. we’ve been to several others in the area and none are as well educated and friendly as this one. they have the best customer service and they always try to find something else if your not satisfied, which i so appreciate. it’s not always about the sale for them, it’s about the experience and that’s what i love best! never had a bad experience with them! if i could id give em 10 stars!!!

This place is one of the best! They have great prices, a very knowledgeable staff and plenty to choose from! They'll sit there, patiently, and answer every single question you have, give suggestions based on their experiences and do it all with a smile on their face. Love Retro!

Best head shop in Dallas area hands down. Large selection of kratom, glass wear, & vape stuff. Compared to Gas Pipe, this place has more reasonable prices & more selection! Great line of clothing, hats, & accessories!

I used to really love coming to retro for funky clothes items and wood or bone gauges. They are just a glorified pipe shop now. Granted they do have some really nice pipes but they should just do that at this point.
