Sold me an EMPTY CBD cartridge with ZERO liquid inside. You may ask how? I ask the same damn thing never coming back here again. The retailer lacked knowledge when it came to asking basic questions about the products. I question the honesty in these “manufacturing companies” have that are producing and selling to the public things like this SHOULD ALWAYS be federally regulated.
