Absolutely terrible customer service. I asked the girl working the afternoon on 06/01/2019 if they had a certain item and her response was " I don't know I don't see it " then I asked if the other location had it and her response was " i don't know you can go see if they do" then I asked to see a couple of other items and she rolled her eyes absolutely worst customer service. My friend and I left to a different smoke shop where they actually helped us out and they were missing an item I wanted but THEY called different stores to find it for me they even sold us on great stuff we had no idea existed and we each spent over 200 dollars. But this Pow Wow employee had Terrible customer service I would give no stars if I could.
