Friendly staff, they welcome you in as soon as you enter. 2 people greeted me as soon as I entered and was helped immediately. Usually going in to stores like this the greeting is just asking for your I.d then being told to wait and it takes forever. I have been to multiple locations and the experience is always nice and welcoming and most important fast. You don't get stuck behind some picky person who can't figure out how they like to smoke tobacco for 30 min. Other shops need to take some tips from this place. Oh yeah and the pricing demolishes the competition hands down. They compete with the internet on some occasions which is rare in just about any business.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always a pleasure to talk to when I stop in. There is a large selection of glass and accessories, hookah products, some clothing, jewelery, all at decent prices. Never had a problem or complaint in the last 6+ years of coming to this store.

The staff is incredibly helpful! Whatever you need, they are super knowledgeable about their products. I also appreciate it that they don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need.
