Horrible customer service, especially by “manager miss G”, rude, defective products, overpriced & overall should hire a new manager. Disgusting customer service & unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone. I’d like to get in contact with the owner of the establishment. Associates are great. Manager is extremely rude and disrespectful.

The store is filled with overpriced items. The quality seems to be very good and I see lots of brand names, however I have found the same pieces at cheaper prices at different stores around town. The customer service is terrible too. I witnessed the owner attend a customer while on a personal call and easily could see the customer was annoyed and even asked the owner who she was talking to. My 3 star review is aimed at their terrible customer service rather than their over priced items. I went into the store about 3 hours ago and purchase CBD gummies. I went home and though nothing of it. Later I checked the ingredients and noticed it was made with something I can’t eat. So I tried to go back and exchange the item for other CBD gummies that we’re vegan. A simple exchange could have been done. I wasn’t asking for a refund just an honest exchange. And I never even opened it.

Huge variety of glass and accessories at a great price with awesome customer service. Would highly recommend if you're looking for name brand glass.
